岗位职责：
1、负责领导平台团队，带领团队完成公司平台和APP开发任务并持续迭代优化；
2、负责公司平台和海外APP的需求分析、技术规划、架构设计、核心模块开发和技术文档输出；
3、负责平台部团队管理，完成公司平台和APP开发工作，负责团队的绩效考核和激励；
4、负责海外平台APP项目的全生命周期管理，确保项目按时、高质量交付；
5、负责推动知识沉淀和技术分享，提升团队整体技术水平；
6、负责对接其他关联部门，保证平台APP成果落地，协助上级完善流程及相应规范。
任职要求：
1、软件、计算机、电子等相关专业本科学历，8年以上技术研发经验，3年以上团队管理经验，2年以上IOT平台经验，架构经验者优先；
2、熟练使用Java语言，熟悉Spring全家桶，MyBaits &plus等框架，熟悉MySQL/PostgreSQL/NoSql/Redis等数据应用及SQL优化经验，掌握React Native/html/css/javascript/vue等前端语言及开源框架；
3、具备优秀的需求分析与架构设计能力，能精准把握业务痛点，提供兼具技术先进性与落地可行性的解决方案；
4、具备优秀的团队管理与沟通协调能力，能有效带领团队完成复杂项目，推动团队技术成长；
5、具备出色的设计审美能力，能主导平台和APP设计，打造极致用户体验。
