3. 负责完成芯片特性化分析的数据收集

5. 负责芯片产品在OSAT厂的量产测试NPI导入、工厂调试和量产测试维护；负责整理和分析量产测试数据，并解决量产测试异常，确保产出满足出货要求
6. 在量产阶段，持续优化和改善ATE测试方案，提升测试质量、提高测试效率、降低测试成本
7. 负责与产品量产测试相关的低良率处理、失效分析、品质保证及良率改善等方面的工作
职位要求：
1. 熟练使用ATE测试平台
2. 具有2-3年chroma，teradyne, advantest等机台使用经验，熟悉93k、3380测试系统优先
3. 具有芯片应用系统领域知识及SOC类芯片CP/FT测试等相关经验的优先
4. 优秀的职业素养，良好的沟通和协调能力，良好的团队意识和合作精神
