5、具备 MySQL 或其他关系型数据库设计与优化经验。
6、掌握常用中间件（如 Redis、RabbitMQ、Kafka）的使用。
7、掌握多线程编程原理，有实际多线程应用开发经验。
8、熟悉 Docker、Kubernetes 等容器化技术，具备实际部署经验。
9、具备良好的编码规范和文档书写能力。
10、具备良好的团队合作精神，优秀的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。
