1. 消防安全检查、记录，整改消防隐患，并进行事故调查；
2. 具备编制‌安全培训材料、开展员工EHS教育、组织应急演练‌的能力；
3. 完善消防设施配置、维护，定期点检；
4. 组织制定应急事件预案演练和实施；
5.熟悉‌消防监控系统、消控室值班管理、特种设备合规性管理‌（如叉车、压力容器）；
6.熟练使用办公软件进行‌安全台账、KPI考核、事故记录‌等文档管理；
7.定期维护更新应急预案及人员资质证书维护更新；
8.日常实施执行八大文件；
9.应对外部消防安全审核。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历‌，有在企业担任过安全员并持有消防安全员证优先；
2.‌2-3年以上安全管理经验‌，熟悉‌锂电池生产流程中的热失控风险、电解液泄漏、粉尘防爆、高压电安全‌等关键隐患点的识别与管控。
3.有新能源、动力电池、储能系统、化工或高危行业‌从业背景者优先。
