3.算法开发：制定算法预期实现的目标，根据实际临床业务提出多种算法实现方案制定算法架构，利用多种算法框架快速建模，根据实际算法任务进行算法修改，算法验证；
4.算法迭代：跟进SOTA模型，论文阅读，代码复现；
5.算法优化：优化算法推理，提升推理速度；
6.文档书写：算法注释和文档，配合算法注册书写相关文档，书写API接口文档；
7.科研工作：参与科研项目，书写论文和专利；

任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、机械自动化、生物工程等相关专业，熟练掌握python/C/C++，有良好的实践经验；
2. 熟练掌握计算视觉领域的常见图像处理算法；
3. 熟练掌握常见AI算法，有良好的模型训练实践经验；
4. 熟练掌握Pytorch、Tensorflow等深度学习框架；
5 .熟悉TensorRT、ONNX等知名推理引擎；
6. 熟悉常用深度学习推理优化技术，如压缩、剪枝、量化、知识蒸馏等。
