3.质疑与查证：对存疑的知识点、数据、真题答案等内容进行标注、查证，并与教研或作者沟通确认。
4.流程协作：配合教研、录排部门完成稿件修改、校红及清样审核，确保编校环节无缝衔接；参与编校质量复盘会议，总结常见错误类型并提出改进建议。
任职要求
1.专业：不限，中文、新闻、出版等相关专业优先。
2.学历：本科及以上学历。
3.知识技能：熟练掌握校对符号、编辑规范及语言文字国家标准，能精准标记稿件问题；熟悉出版法规和政策要求，可规避出版法律风险；熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）及专业校对软件，提升工作效率与质量。
4.工作经验：1年以上图书或媒体编辑校对经验，熟悉图书出版编校全流程，有教辅类图书经验者优先。
能力素质：极度细心、耐心，具备严谨细致的工作态度，能专注细节把控；拥有强烈的责任心和质量意识，坚守质量底线，可承受工作压力；具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能与各部门高效协作。
