六、岗位职责：
1、负责进厂维修、美容保养车辆的接车工作，包括受理客户的维修、美容项目和咨询；
2、根据维修、美容保养所需开立工作单，负责配合车间技师对送修、保养车辆进行技术诊断，确定维修、保养内容和大致期限；
3、对修复、保养车辆及维修、保养进度，向客户做明确交代，并听取客户的反映和要求，办理结算手续；
4、负责服务满意度改善和年度目标达成，与客户保持良好关系，提高客户满意度；
5、专业、精准服务：
1）根据客户需求和车况，熟练地介绍门店提供的各项维修、美容服务（如精洗、打蜡、镀晶、镀膜、内饰清洁养护、玻璃防雨、发动机舱清洁等）的特点、效果和区别。
2）定制方案：为客户量身定制合理、高效的维修、美容护理方案，并清晰阐述该方案能为客户带来的价值和好处。
3）报价成交：准确计算服务费用，提供清晰的报价单。运用专业的销售技巧，消除客户疑虑，促进服务协议的达成。
4）增值推销：敏锐洞察客户潜在需求，进行合理的交叉销售和升级销售，
