3. 熟练使用Cadence Spectre, ADS, HFSS, Matlab, C/C++；
4. 熟悉信号完整性原理；
5. 熟悉PCIE, 以太网等兼容性测试需求；
6. 有好奇心，喜欢数学推导，有耐心以及可以与团队积极合作；
7. 有112Gbps LR以太网协议优先。
