职责描述:
1. 协调公司相关部门及外部供应商进行公募、私募及专户产品开发，负责相关产品文件的制作、修改及更新；
2. 掌握基金行业的发展趋势和动态，并对行业动态、潜在客户需求及市场竞品保持动态跟踪分析；
3. 对现有产品进行生命周期管理；
4. 支持销售团队的客户开拓与维护工作；
5. 组织并协调新产品发行，支持创新产品的开发，推动重大项目的落地；
6. 协助部门关键岗位人员的职业发展；
7. 完成上级领导按排的相关工作。
任职要求:
1. 本科或以上学历，经济、金融、法律、统计等相关专业，金融工程专业优先，条件优秀者可放宽至本科；
2.5年以上资产管理公司、投资银行产品相关工作经验，有公募基金产品开发设计经验优先，拥有CFA、CPA或FRM证书者优先；
3. 熟悉各类基金产品的特性，熟悉基金公司业务和行业政策法规，具备法律背景或有对接监管机构经验者优先；
4. 优异的中英文写作能，优异的英语，广东话和普通话口头表达能力
5. 具备良好的学习能力、数据分析能力、沟通协调能力，具有责任感和团队合作精神；
6. 熟练使用办公软件和彭博。
