一、岗位职责：
1.负责AI智能体的后端开发；
2.使用 Python和FastAPI 构建高性能、可维护的后端服务；
3.基于LangChain和LangGraph等框架设计并实现多步骤、状态驱动的智能体工作流；
4.优化智能体的推理逻辑、记忆机制与工具调用能力；
5.探索并应用前沿 AI开发工具（如 Claude Code、Cursor、CodeX等）提升开发效率；
6.编写高质量代码，参与代码审查、技术文档撰写和系统部署。
二、任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上Python 后端开发经验，扎实的编程基础和良好的工程习惯；
2.熟练掌握 FastAPI（或类似现代 Python Web 框架如 Flask、Django）；
3.熟悉LangChain/LangGraph，有实际智能体（Agent）或复杂 LLM 应用开发经验；
4.了解大语言模型（LLM）基本原理，具备Prompt工程、工具调用（Function Calling）、RAG 等实践经验；
5.熟练使用Claude Code、Cursor或其他 AI 编程辅助工具者优先；
6.熟悉 Git、Docker、RESTful API 设计，具备基本的 DevOps 意识；
7.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能快速学习新技术。
三、薪资待遇：
1. 转正工资10000--15000元（根据面试情况确定）+绩效+奖金，五险一金；
2. 周末双休、法定节假日休息、带薪年假；
春节、端午节、中秋节等法定节假日期间发放节日津贴或实物。
