岗位职责
CNC设备操作与编程
负责CNC数控机床（如加工中心、铣床、车床等）的日常操作、调试及维护，确保设备高效稳定运行；
合理选择刀具、夹具及加工参数，确保模具加工精度及表面质量符合标准。
模具加工与质量控制
执行模具零件（如模仁、滑块、镶件等）的精密加工，确保尺寸公差（±0.01mm以内）及形位精度；
使用精密量具（千分尺、卡尺、三坐标测量仪等）进行自检，配合QC部门完成质量检测；
分析加工异常问题（如刀具磨损、尺寸偏差），提出改进方案并实施。
工艺优化与技术支持
参与模具加工工艺流程的设计与优化，提出降本增效建议；
协助技术部门解决加工难点，支持新产品试制及模具改良；
整理加工参数及工艺文档，形成标准化操作流程。
设备维护与安全管理
定期保养CNC设备，处理常见故障并上报重大异常；
严格遵守车间安全规范，落实5S管理要求（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养）。
团队协作与任务执行
配合模具设计、装配等部门完成项目交付，确保生产计划按时达成；
指导新人掌握基础操作技能，分享加工经验；
完成上级交办的其他临时任务。
任职要求
机械/模具/数控相关专业背景，3年以上模具CNC加工经验；
熟练阅读机械图纸，熟悉模具结构及加工工艺；
掌握常见数控系统（如FANUC、SIEMENS、海德汉等）；
责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力和团队合作意识。
