5、通过主动与管理层、员工的互动，建立有效、多样化的渠道，保证组织中信息通畅，创造信任、健康的工作氛围，使公司文化建设和业务高速发展；

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，英语口语可商务交流，人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理等相关专业优先;
2、3-5年及以上HRBP工作经验，拥有大中型企业人力资源全盘实操经验，具备跨境物流行业或东南亚市场人力资源工验;
3、精通人力资源六大模块，可根据业务需求完善HRBP落地管理体系;
4、具备强业务思维，懂业务、懂激励，熟悉劳动相关法律法规，擅长招聘、培训、人才发展模块;
5、学习能力与主动性强，能主动深入业务一线，对业务需求敏感，可高效承接多维度工作任务。
