岗位要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业；
2、3 年以上后端开发经验，熟悉后端开发的完整流程，有分布式系统开发经验优先；
3、精通 Java/Python任一主流语言，熟练使用对应框架（Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Django/Flask），有Java开发经验者优先。
4、熟悉 MySQL、MongoDB 等数据库，能进行性能优化；
5、了解分布式缓存（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka），具备问题排查与技术方案设计能力；
6、熟悉 Windows/Linux 操作系统、MySQL/Oracle 数据库，能独立完成部署；
7、有Docker/K8s容器化部署经验者优先;
8、具备一定的安全意识，了解网络安全基础知识，如常见的攻击方式（SQL 注入、XSS 攻击等）及防范措施。
9、注意：办公地点为永州。
