职责描述：
1、推动供应链动态优化，保证资源供给，合理规划并引入优质供方资源，建立战略供方资源库。
2、推动器件标准化、通用化，实施降本工作，完成年度降本KPI。
3、收集市场信息，提前预见资源市场变化，并提出应对措施，收集潜在供应商资源，完善物料的竞品分析能力。
4、主动发掘新材料、新工艺，提供多种供应思路，提升品类创新力。
5、根据产品设计需求主导选商、选型，组织相关方进行可行性评审，负责新项目物料的样品确认。
6、负责供应商全生命周期管理，包括供应商准入、分级分类、考核及退出。
7、协助研发和技术完成元器件选型，并能对研发选型及设计提供采购类专业意见及降本合理化建议，并对项目成本进行评估和有效控制。
8、快速对新增物料的风险（包括但不限于价格、供货周期和生命周期）进行识别和控制，预防项目潜在风险。
9、新产品询价、比较、议价，采购成本分析及控制，物料市场行情动态掌握，对成本控制提供有效数据及规划。
任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上相关行业工作经验，材料、电气、供应链管理等相关专业；
2、掌握采购管理基本知识，精通成本核算，熟悉物料市场行情，有丰富的供应商资源，电气行业经验优先；
3、逻辑思考能力强，有责任心和自驱力，善于沟通，有较强的抗压能力；
4、遵守诚信廉洁的采购道德标准，维护公司利益；
5、熟悉ERP/OA/SRM等系统操作。
