岗位职责：
1、负责非标零件及批量定单工艺计划、编程、工装夹具设计；
2、操作4/5轴CNC设备；
3、负责产品NC排版（技加工）；
4、制定合理的生产计划；
5、优化工艺，提升批量产品加工效率；
6、负责设备日常基本维护和保养等其他工作；
7、领导安排的其他临时事项。
任职要求：
1、学历大专及以上，至少3年相关工作经验；
2、会操作基本的办公软件，如word，Excel等；
3、金属制品加工，陶瓷制品加工须至少熟悉一项；
4、有3年以上精密零部件（半导体，医疗，钛合金）产品编程工艺加工经验；
5、精通四轴联动、会五轴联动优先；
6、熟练使用worknc排版软件（工业版）优先；
7、熟练运用UG、MASTCAM等编程软件，熟悉法兰克操作系统，熟悉工业4/5轴设备；掌握3D打印设备技术；
8、熟悉TPM和质量体系；
9、有责任心，服从工作安排，接受出差。
工作时间：8:30-17:30 上六休一，法定节假日
