一、岗位职责
1. 设计和开发高质量的Java应用程序，确保系统的高可用性和可扩展性。
2. 领导技术方案设计，进行关键技术决策和架构优化。
3. 解决复杂技术问题，提升团队整体技术水平。
4. 负责新技术研究和技术预研，推动技术创新和工程效率提升。
5. 参与项目规划和需求分析，与产品经理和项目经理紧密合作，确保系统迭代目标的实现。

二、任职要求
1.技术能力：
5年+ Java开发经验，精通JVM调优、多线程、网络编程及分布式系统设计；
深度掌握Spring生态（Spring Boot/Cloud/MyBatis），熟悉RPC框架（Dubbo/gRPC）；
熟练使用MySQL（分库分表/性能优化）、Redis（高可用集群）、RocketMQ等中间件；
具备大型电商系统（交易/仓储/物流模块）或供应链中台项目实战经验。

2.架构能力：
有主导过至少1个复杂系统架构设计经验，熟悉DDD与微服务拆分；
熟悉容器化技术（Docker/K8s）及CI/CD流水线设计。

3.综合素质：
本科及以上学历，代码规范严格（冗余率低/可维护性强），技术文档撰写能力优秀；
具备技术领导力，抗压能力强，对技术有极致追求。

4.优先条件
有跨境电商系统开发经验，熟悉亚马逊/Shopify API等电商平台和海外仓WMS系统集成API；
有高并发场景实战经验；
熟悉前端技术栈（React/Vue），可独立完成全栈模块开发。
