岗位职责：
1，负责相关功能模块的设计、开发工作，包括参与需求分析、系统架构搭建、核心代码编写及相关技术文档编写；
2，参与技术架构设计、开发、重构、优化，根据业务规划及技术规划制定应用架构方案；
3，核心功能的架构与代码模板编写，开发与维护系统公用核心模块；
4，与团队里其它开发人员的高效协同；
5，维护和完善软件产品和系统，快速定位并修复相关缺陷，及时解决出现的问题；
6，提升核心系统在高并发、海量请求数下的高处理性能；
7，参与设计高并发高可靠的系统架构。

任职要求：
1、计算机，软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年以上JAVA开发经验；
2、优秀的代码编写能力。思路清晰、分层明确、代码可读性强、复用性高；
3、精通Java等面向对象语言设计开发，熟悉主流Web框架；
4、精通Linux/Unix平台上的JAVA编程，熟悉spring、spring mvc、spring boot、spring cloud等开源框架，有良好的编程习惯；
5、熟悉Redis缓存，熟悉Mysql、PostgreSQL等数据库，有高性能、高并发大规模分布式服务开发经验；
6、了解shell脚本编程；
7、具备数据库设计能力，熟悉数据库SQL优化；
8、精通网络编程、多线程编程，熟悉Nignx、Tomcat等Web服务器技术；
9、对数据结构和算法设计具有较深的理解，有多年系统分析和设计的实践经验。
10、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
11、了解Web前端技术者优先。
