5、熟练使用 Git 进行版本管理，熟悉常见 CI/CD 流程，具备持续交付与自动化部署经验
6、具备良好的代码规范意识，能够编写高性能、高可用、可维护的代码
7、具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，学习能力强，能够独立解决问题
