岗位职责
1、负责制定公司中长期生产主计划，结合销售需求、库存水平、产能状况，确保计划的合理性与可行性，保障订单交付周期。
2、保证主计划执行进度，跟踪物料供应、生产进度等关键节点，及时识别异常（如产能不足、物料短缺）并协调解决，降低订单延误风险。
3、协同销售、采购、生产等部门，建立信息同步机制，定期召开计划协调会，同步需求变化、产能调整等信息，确保各环节高效配合。
4、分析主计划执行数据（如交付达成率、库存周转率），输出计划达成情况报告，提出优化建议，持续提升计划准确性与生产效率。
5、参与制定或优化PMC相关流程（如主计划编制规范、需求变更管理流程），推动部门工作标准化、规范化。

任职要求
1、学历与专业：全日制本科及以上学历，年龄：24-40岁之间.。
2、工作经验：3年及以上PMC主计划相关工作经验，有制造业（如电子、机械、汽车零部件等）经验者优先；主管岗需具备1年及以上团队管理经验。
3、专业能力：熟练掌握主计划编制逻辑，能独立完成中长期生产计划制定，了解产能测算、物料需求分析方法。熟悉ERP系统操作，具备基础数据统计与分析能力（如使用Excel函数、数据透视表）。
4、综合能力：具备较强的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力，能应对需求变更或生产异常；工作严谨细致，有责任心，能承受一定工作压力。
5.薪资待遇：底薪+绩效=10-15K.
6.上下班时间：9：00-12：00，13：30-18：30，双休
