Android 系统高级工程师（含 BSP 底层）
岗位职责
负责瑞芯微平台 Android 系统开发、ROM 定制、系统裁剪与优化；
负责底层 BSP 开发：Uboot、Kernel 移植、驱动调试（LCD/TP/Camera/Audio/WiFi/BT/ 以太网）等；
负责设备树 DTS 配置、电源管理、功耗优化、稳定性优化；
负责系统功能定制：开机动画、SystemUI、Launcher、权限管理、白名单；
负责 OTA 升级方案、系统版本发布、量产固件制作；
与硬件 / 结构 / 测试协作，完成整机量产 bring up 与问题闭环。

任职要求：
3年以上 Android 系统开发 + 底层 BSP 调试经验；
熟练使用瑞芯微平台：RK3588 / RK3568 / RK3566 优先；
熟悉 Android 架构、Framework、HAL、Kernel 驱动；
能独立完成：屏、触摸屏、摄像头、音频、WiFi/BT 适配；
能独立完成 Android 系统裁剪、定制、OTA、开机 LOGO、权限管控；
有安卓平板 / 工控机 / 广告机 / 盒子 / 穿戴式电子设备量产经验优先。
