岗位职责
深度对接业务部门，参与年度预算、经营规划、滚动预测，跟踪预算执行，分析差异并提出改善建议。
负责经营数据分析与报表输出，对收入、毛利、费用、成本、回款、人效等关键指标进行复盘，为业务决策提供数据支持。
参与项目测算、定价、促销方案、合同评审、投资测算等，开展盈利性与 ROI 分析，事前管控风险。
负责成本与费用管控，建立费用标准与管控机制，审核业务单据与合同，识别并推动降本增效。
跟踪应收账款与回款，建立预警机制，推动逾期回款清理，保障现金流安全。
梳理与优化业财流程、内控体系，防范经营、财务、税务及合规风险。
作为财务与业务的桥梁，统一数据口径，开展财务知识宣导与培训，提升业务部门财务意识。

任职要求
本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业，具备中级会计 / CPA/CMA优先。
3 年以上财务相关工作经验，有财务 BP、预算分析、经营分析、制造业 / 互联网 / 科技行业经验优先。
熟悉预算管理、成本核算、财务分析、内控与税务等全流程知识。
熟练使用 Excel 及 ERP 系统（如用友、金蝶、SAP 等），具备较强的数据处理与逻辑分析能力。
具备优秀的沟通协调、业务理解、推动落地能力，能将财务语言转化为业务动作。
工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力与跨部门协作意识。
