岗位职责
1. 海外项目导向的储能研发与技术适配，根据海外市场（如欧洲，中东）的法规，标准，气候和应用场景，进行储能产品的需求分析和技术适配研发方向调研；
2. 新产品和新技术开发：参与下一代储能电芯、模组、PACK及系统的研发工作，聚焦于提升能量密度、循环寿命、安全性和降低成本。设计和执行研发试验，数据分析，并完成详细技术报告。与跨部门研发团队紧密合作，完成系统级别集成设计与调试分析；
3. 跨文化技术支持与项目管理：作为研发接口，为海外项目团队（销售、工程、项目管理）提供深度的技术支持，包括技术方案撰写、客户交流等；
4. 知识产权与行业洞察：跟踪全球储能技术的*新发展趋势和竞争格局。
岗位要求
1. 硕士及以上学历，电气工程、电化学、材料科学、化学工程、机械工程（需有电池/储能背景）等相关专业；
2. 3年以上电池或储能系统研发经验，有直接参与海外项目的成功案例（新能源行业，动力电池包行业，3C电子行业）；
3. 对电池挤压，振动，冲击，膨胀等机械仿真熟悉；对储能系统柜体挤压，振动，冲击，吊装，运输等机械仿真熟悉；
4. 精通锂离子电池的工作原理、性能测试方法和失效分析；
5. 熟悉储能系统（BESS）的关键组成部分及其技术规范，如BMS, PCS, EMS等；
6. 出色的英语听说读写能力，能够作为工作语言进行技术交流、报告撰写和客户演示；
7. 优秀的跨文化沟通能力、团队协作精神和解决问题的能力；
8. 能够适应高频次的海外出差。
优先考虑条件：
1. 拥有博士学历，研究方向为电化学储能；
2. 熟悉海外主流储能市场标准，如 UL 9540, IEC 62619, NFPA 855 等；
3. 具备一定的项目管理经验，熟悉项目管理工具和方法；
4. 掌握仿真软件（如 COMSOL, GT-AutoLion, Fluent）或数据分析工具（如 Python, MATLAB）；
5. 拥有多国工作或学习经验者。
