岗位职责
1、根据仿真软件开发计划完成相关需求的开发工作；
2、负责仿真软件的架构设计、性能优化；
3、负责前后处理、基础框架、代码结构、通用功能、操作系统兼容、系统安全等相关技术的研究与开发。

基本任职要求
1、本科及以上学历；
2、对C++语言，软件工程，对对象生命周期管理、内存分配和管理、STL等具有较深的理解；
3、熟练掌握C++编程语言，对面向对象有深刻理解并具有丰富的相关编程经验；
4、具有4年以上大型软件编程经验；
5、对数据结构和算法设计有较为深刻的理解，能够进行性能调优工作；
6、熟悉常用的架构模式与设计模式，具备良好的程序架构能力；
7、具有多线程、多进程编程；

优先录用条件
1、985、211、双一流高校毕业者优先；
2、机械、土木、航空航天、力学等专业从事过软件开发，或计算机科学、计算机工程、软件工程等专业并从事过工业软件开发；
3、具备良好数学基础者优先；
4、熟悉编译原理，对常见编译工具MSVC、GCC、Clang有一定理解者优先；
5、熟悉X86汇编语言、调试器、分析工具等优先；
6、熟练使用C++11开发标准者优先；
7、熟悉Windows、Linux操作系统底层相关机制，有操作系统开发经验者优先；
8、熟练掌握QT界面库与开发工具，具备客户端软件开发经验；
9、有OpenGL/OSG/VTK等3D渲染相关经验者优先；
10、具有CAD/CAE相关背景或几何造型相关经验者优先；
11、熟悉Python编程者优先；
12、有机械CAD、CAM、PDM、CAE等工程软件开发或二次开发经验者，或建筑CAD、BIM等建筑工程软件优先。
