6、负责主导部门工作安排，人员绩效管理，员工技能培训及提升工作；
7、负责跨部门之间的工作沟通协调及配合；
8、完成上级领导交办的其他工作事项。
任职要求：
1、专科及以上，机械机电或管理类相关专业；
2、有5年以上同岗位经验，5年以上机械行业经验优先；
3、具备U9、ERP等系统运营管理能力；
4、接受过计划运营管理、领导力、执行力、财务管理、合同管理等相关培训；
5、优秀的统筹、沟通协调能力，责任意识和原则性强，决策分析能力强；
6、有职业素养，爱岗敬业，认同公司企业文化和公司发展理念。
