工作职责：
1.全流程参与数模混合产品的规格定制与开发，具体如下：
2.负责芯片的系统设计，负责数字电路的模块划分和接口定义；
3.负责模块的详细设计和仿真验证；参与芯片的数模混合仿真、软硬件协同仿真；
4.负责RTL代码的逻辑综合，利用EDA工具进行时序、面积和功耗的分析和优化；
5.协助后端工程师进行DC、STA、DFT和后仿真，满足Tapeout需求；
6.负责FPGA或IC样片测试；
7.编写设计文档和验证报告

任职要求：
1.微电子专业相关硕士1年以上、本科3年以上数字IC项目开发经验；
2.熟练使用IC设计相关EDA工具；
3.熟悉芯片设计方法和流程，有数模混合设计经验者优先；
4.有至少OLED/Mini-LED/Micro-LED显示驱动中其中一项的开发经验；
5.需熟悉T-con、Video Interface，Image process等驱动算法其中之一；
6.熟悉MIPI DSI协议者优先、熟悉以太网通讯协议者优先、有成功流片经验者优先；
7.良好的语言和文字沟通能力、英文读写能力
