一、岗位职责
1、负责亚马逊平台的日常运营管理，独立管理账户、上架产品，处理订单；
2、负责账户售前、售中、售后的电子邮件回复；维护账户的健康运营，处理好客户的中差评；
3、根据产品的销量和排名变化，及时制定和调整销售策略，做好数据分析工作；
4、针对店铺运营和账号健康管理，做好分析总结，及时向上级汇报情况。

二、任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，要求大学英语四级，六级更佳；
2、专业不限，对外贸、跨境电商感兴趣即可，接受无经验，接受跨行想学习，意向明确往跨境电商行业发展的24届-26届优秀应届毕业生；
3、要求工作踏实，有良好的沟通和学习能力；

三、福利待遇
1、薪资：试用期综合薪资5k+，提成无上限，转正后提成翻倍，平均综合6k-9k或以上。
上班时间：每周一到周五上午8:30-12:00，下午13:30-18:00，以及周六上午8:30-12:00，工作时间5.5天制，每个月可以任选一周进行双休。
2、社会保险：员工入职即立刻购买五险一金；
3、发展方向：双通道发展，职能方向+业务方向，每月一次晋升考核机会

② 业务方向:试用期—初级—中级—高级—银牌—金牌
4、培训机制：公司为员工提供导师一对一带教以及90天系统的专业培训（带薪培训），提高员工专业技能以及综合能力
