一、岗位职责：
1、负责芯片/单板的信号和电源完整性设计、仿真和测试，无源链路系统的设计、仿真及测试，系统链路各部件的设计及工程实现。 2、负责产品的物理实现方案的分析，系统级SI、PI仿真分析，输出互连设计方案和设计规则，指导layout实现。 3、单板/芯片产品开发和应用中的信号传输质量、时序、EMI等相关问题的解决。
二、任职要求：
1、电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历，3年以上工作经验； 2、熟练掌握PKG/PCB设计工具，熟悉PCB/PKG生产工艺，了解SI/PI基础知识和仿真及测试方法，熟悉高速数字系统设计方法，有56G以上SerDes和各种高速内存接口成功交付经验优先； 3、熟悉硬件开发流程，了解专业仿真软件，具有示波器、矢量网络分析仪、频谱分析仪等仪器的使用经验，能独立完成设计，对设计工作能提出有效改进方案。
