确保项目从启动到交付全过程符合既定质量标准和客户期望的关键角色，需要负责规划、实施和监督项目的质量保证与质量控制活动，通过预防、检查和持续改进，*大程度地降低风险，提升项目交付物的可靠性和客户满意度。同时作为项目与客户的质量接口，负责承接传递客户输入的质量需求，并整合内部质量相关内容向客户进行汇报。
主要职责
1.项目开发全阶段质量管理，项目研发流程体系搭建完善，包含质量合同确认，项目各阶段质量目标管理，项目质量风险管理；
2.客户对接，包含客户资料提交，客户质量需求管理，客户审核，客户日常例会，客户端质量问题对接汇报；
3.量产后产品质量管控，包含0km和市场端质量问题处理，量产后产品质量状态监控，质量风险管理；
岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历。
2.3年以上项目质量管理经验，有中大型项目全程质量管理经验及整车厂/电池厂对接经验者优先。
3.熟练掌握质量管理的核心工具和方法（五大工具七大手法）。
4.了解IATF16949，VDA相关要求。
5.出色的分析、解决问题和决策能力，精通8D问题解决方法。
6.数据敏感度高，熟悉各类统计软件（JMP，MINITAB等）操作方法。
7.优秀的沟通、协调和影响力，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作。
8.注重细节，结果导向，具备高度的责任心和敬业精神。
