岗位职责：
1.研磨首件确认（检验：厚度、粗糙度、外观）做好首件记录；
2.切割首件确认（检验：尺寸、直径、厚度、外观）做好首件记录；
3.PQC负责后加工区域每2H巡检一次，做好巡检记录表；
4.PQC巡检过程，稽操作员是否按照SOP及工艺文件要求作业；
5.PQC巡检过程，管控作业现场良品与不良品的区分标识隔离，以免混淆；
6.PQC后加工抽检，发现质量异常，及时开质量异常单反馈，并跟进改善后复检确认；
7.PQC使用测量工具，监督管控是否有定期保养、及校准有效；
8. PQC日检验工作，统计日产出检验数据与良率；
9. PQC日常工作（工作纪律，环境6S，出勤）
任职要求：
1.学历要求：中专或大专以上学历；
2.技能要求：熟悉测量检测工具，如千分尺、高度规、卡尺、投影仪、塞规、表面粗糙度仪，有二次元仪器和3D测试经验优先；
3.办公要求：熟练电脑办公软件Office。
