职位介绍
一、岗位职责
1.负责组织新产品从立项到定型的全流程开发，包括市场调研、客户对接、配方设计、成型方式设计、工艺路线设计，精密加工及客户端验证结果；
2.参与公司新产品开发计划及试制方案的制定，协助推进项目进度与资源调配；
3.参与公司新产品相关技术、工艺文件及检验标准的编制；
4.负责收集国内外技术资料及行业动态，为决策层提供技术参考；
5.负责新产品开发，采取新工艺、新技术、新材料以提高产品质量；
6.统筹公司相关产品实验项目各节点（小试、中试、放大生产和后期优化）进度，协调研发、生产、品质等多部门协作，确保项目按计划推进。；
7. 参与客户技术问题反馈的处理协调，协助新产品的市场推广技术支撑。

二、任职要求
1.本科以上学历，研究生学历更佳，无机非金属材料、材料科学与工程等相关专业优先；
2.5年以上制造型企业研发项目、工艺工程或技术管理相关经验，有陶瓷/材料行业背景者优先；
3. 了解陶瓷产品基本开发流程，熟悉干压、注射、机加工等成型加工方式者优先；
4. 具备新产品开发项目跟进经验，能够协助完成需求评估、工艺路线梳理；
5.具有较高的组织协调能力、沟通能力、分析能力、执行力；
6.具有良好的职业操守和服务意识，工作细致，注重团队合作。
