任职资格：
1 本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，两年以上java服务端开发经验；
2 具有扎实的java基础知识，能够熟练应用java类库；
3 熟悉高并发和多线程编程，有实际经验者优先考虑；
4 对redis,mysql有熟练的使用经验，Spring,Dubb o,MQ,ES使用经验更佳；
5 熟悉Spring jdbc,mybatis使用；
6 熟悉JVM内存管理，有JVM调优经验更佳；
7 有maven,git使用经验；
8 熟悉Linux操作系统，会使用基本操作命令，具备熟练的排查，解决线上问题的能力；
9 有较强的学习能力，良好的团队合作和沟通能力，逻辑思维要清晰严谨；
