任职要求
1.学历经验：本科及以上，美术，视觉传达、设计类专业，5 年 + UI / 交互经验，需提供作品集。（展示demo）
2.工具技能：精通 Figma/Sketch/PS/XD 等工具，熟悉 AI 辅助设计，了解 HTML/CSS 等前端知识更佳。
3.专业能力：懂用户研究方法，能结合行业趋势输出创新方案，兼顾审美与技术落地性，有成功的项目案例优先。
思维敏捷、接受能力好、工作积极主动；有团队协作精神，沟通能力强。能适应大强度的工作安排。
