5. 负责系统性能优化，解决系统运行中的技术难题；
6. 参与技术评审，推动新技术在项目中的应用，提升团队整体技术水平。
职位要求：
1. 本科或以上计算机技术、软件工程相关专业，3年以上软件测试经验；
2. 精通Java核心技术，熟悉Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud等主流框架；
3. 熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库和缓存技术，具备SQL优化能力；
4. 熟悉分布式系统设计，了解微服务架构，具备高可用系统设计经验；
5. 具有良好的编码习惯，注重代码质量，熟悉常用设计模式；
6. 有较强的责任心，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，具备一定的问题分析和解决能力。
