一、岗位名称

二、岗位职责
1.负责公司业务系统、cAE软件自动化测试平台及工具的设计、开发工作，完成核心模块的编码、测试及优化;
2.参与需求分析与技术方案设计，将业务需求转化为可执行的技术方案，保障项目进度与质量;3.参与平台架构设计和技术选型，推动平台架构演进与技术债治理;推动团队代码规范与工程化建设。
##三、任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，熟悉Python 语言及相关生态，3 年及以上 Python 开发经验;
2.熟练掌握至少一种 PythonWeb 框架(FastAPI/Django/Flask)，理解服务化/模块化设计，具备独立构建后端服务的能力;
3.熟悉PostgresQL/MysQL，具备数据库设计、索引设计与SQL 优化能力，熟悉 Redis等缓存技术及常见使用场景;
5.熟悉Linux环境开发与部署，熟练使用Git、Docker，具备CI/CD实践经验(如GitLabCI/Jenkins等);6.具备良好的沟通协作能力、问题分析能力与结果导向意识，能推动问题闭环。
