工作内容：
1）负责按标准对接收产品的证件查验、感官检验、固形物测试并现场做好相关记录。
2）负责按标准对产品标识，感官检验，产品计量等不符合接收标准的产品的现场判定工作。
3）负责按标准对产品供应商提供的证件进行统一整理、建立台账、归档保存。
4）负责对产品接收或库存产品发现的质量问题进行收集，及时向采购部门反馈，对整改措施的落实情况进行监督，并记录跟踪整改结果。
5）负责对库房产品的产品码放，虫控控制等检查和监督规范。
6）负责对物流发货人员的监督，避免出现野蛮装车的现象，出现问题及时向相关经理反应，监督整改。
7）负责对每周存在问题进行汇总周总结并存档。
8）负责对运输车辆温度和装货方面的监控工作；对相关部门人员进行食品安全方面的培训辅导工作。
9）上级安排的其他工作内容。

技能要求：

1）大专及以上学历，食品检测、食品加工等食品相关专业；有1年食品以上食品质量监控从业经验的优先。
2）熟练掌握EXCEL、PPT、world等办公软件。
3）对工作认真负责，有良好的团队合作意识。
