岗位职责:
1. 负责项目核心模块的开发，保障系统的稳定性、可扩展性、高性能、高并发、高可用性；
2. 参与项目可行性分析、技术选型、需求分析、架构设计等工作，编写技术文档。
任职要求:
1. 大学专科及以上学历，计算机及软件工程相关专业，JAVA后端开发五年以上工作经验；
2. 熟练掌握Spring、Springboot、Mybatis、SpringCloud、Nginx等技术框架原理并能熟练使用；
3. 熟练使用PostgreSQL、mysql、oracle等一种或多种数据库，并有性能优化能力，有国产数据库使用经验优先；
4. 熟悉Git,Maven等工具应用，熟悉Linux操作系统，能够在Linux环境下进行项目部署和问题排查；
5. 拥有大型分布式系统、高并发、高可用系统的实际设计、开发或调优经验优先；
6. 优秀的问题分析、定位和解决能力，良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，具备技术文档编写能力（设计文档、接口文档），有强烈的技术热情，主动学习新技术，关注行业动态，能在压力下工作，具备一定的项目管理和进度把控能力。
