岗位职责：
1、负责公司游戏APP核心业务系统的后端开发与维护
2、主导PHP服务的架构优化、性能调优和高可用改造
3、参与Golang微服务（Kratos框架）的研发和落地
4、编写高质量、可维护的代码，推动代码规范和技术沉淀
5、与产品、前端、运维团队紧密协作，按时交付项目
6、参与技术选型、架构设计及疑难问题排查
7、指导中级/初级开发，提升团队整体技术水平
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，对游戏行业和技术有浓厚的兴趣，愿意接受新挑战；
2、5年以上PHP开发经验，深度使用过Laravel / ThinkPHP / Yii等主流框架
3、熟练掌握Golang，具备实际项目经验（有Kratos使用经验优先）
4、熟悉MySQL、Redis、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、Elasticsearch等常用中间件
5、熟悉RESTful API设计规范，具备高并发、高可用项目经验
6、熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化部署及CI/CD流程优先
7、有良好的编码习惯、文档编写能力和团队协作意识，热爱技术，具备持续学习能力
加分项：
1、有大型分布式系统或微服务架构实战经验
2、参与过开源项目或在技术社区活跃
3、熟悉Swoole/协程/异步编程
