岗位职责：
1.负责业务系统的架构设计与核心功能开发，持续维护迭代现有业务系统；
2.深入理解业务需求，与前端团队、产品经理及相关部门高效协作，快速响应并高质量完成开发任务；
3.编写高质量代码和技术文档，保障系统的长期可维护性与团队协作效率。
4.持续关注行业前沿技术动态，结合实际业务需求引入新技术方案，推动系统架构和开发流程的持续优化，保持团队技术竞争力；
任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机理论基础，包括但不限于数据结构、算法、操作系统等；
2.5年以上后端开发经验，必须熟练使用Java语言且掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等主流企业级框架，同时掌握Python语言且掌握FastAPI或Flask框架，熟练使用Celery分布式任务执行框架；
3.熟悉数据库设计与性能优化，熟练掌握 MySQL、MongoDB、Redis 等关系型与非关系型数据库技术；
4.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能高效协调多方资源，适应一定的工作压力；
5.对新技术保持高度敏感和强烈的学习意愿，具备自我驱动能力，善于分析和解决问题，能够在复杂场景中提出有效解决方案。
加分项：
1.具有 AIGC（AI生成内容）相关开发经验，如参与过大模型调用接口对接、Prompt 工程编排、对话交互系统、AI内容生成平台等项目；
2.有大模型部署、推理服务封装、模型服务调用等实践经验者优先；
3.有开源项目贡献经历，或在技术社区活跃、有技术输出（如博客、分享、文档）者优先。
