技术栈：Java 基础与 JVM + 主流框架 + 微服务 & 分布式系统 + 数据存储与中间件
岗位职责：
1、深度参与海外项目需求分析，独立负责核心或复杂业务模块的系统设计、编码实现、单元测试与部署上线，确保代码质量、性能与可维护性；
2、参与或主导微服务架构的设计、演进与治理。负责JVM性能调优、SQL优化、缓存设计、接口性能提升，解决高并发场景下的技术难题，保障系统稳定高效运行；
3、负责分析和解决线上复杂技术问题，参与系统监控、日志追踪（如SkyWalking）体系的建设。对系统可用性、伸缩性及容灾能力负责；
4、遵循并推动代码规范、设计模式、CI/CD与DevOps*佳实践。编写高质量技术文档，参与代码评审，积极分享经验，赋能团队。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，2年以上独立开发经验；
2、java 能力要求:
（1）.精通 Java，并发编程。
（2）深刻理解 JVM 内存模型、GC 原理、性能调优。
（3）熟悉多线程、高并发场景下的问题定位与解决。
3、框架与微服务：
（1）精通 Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
（2）熟悉微服务架构
（3）Nacos、Gateway、OpenFeign、分布式事务、锁、skywalking
4、数据库与中间件：
（1）精通 MySQL、索引、事务、锁机制、SQL 调优、执行计划
（2）熟练使用 Redis、缓存设计、缓存穿透 / 击穿 / 雪崩处理
（3）熟悉消息队列（Kafka / RocketMQ / RabbitMQ）
5、优先考虑：
（1）参与或主导2个及以上中大型项目。
（2）数据库sql优化能力。
（3）做过高并发业务，对消息队列有一定掌握。
（4）具备独立负责模块开发
