岗位职责：
1、按系统需求设计完成模块的设计开发；
2、参与设计并改进平台架构（微服务方向），可独立完成核心业务模块的开发并解决开发过程中的技术问题；
3、负责架构和底层代码的设计、开发和优化工作，提升产品技术层面的扩展性、稳定性和易维护性；
4、编写易于维护的高质量代码，推进团队代码的质量建设和改进；
5、编写详细设计文档和相关技术资料，负责对开发内容测试。
任职资格：
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机、电力电子、自动化及相关专业，2年以上Python开发经验；
2、熟悉 Django、Flask、Tornado 等常用 Python 模块，熟悉微服务框架nameko；
3、熟悉主流数据库和中间件(Mysql、Redis、Kafka、Rabbitmq等)的设计原理、相关技术及调优；
4、熟悉Linux开发部署环境和shell，具有系统性能分析、故障排除等技能；
5、具备C/C++或Java等其他语言开发经验；
6、良好的人际沟通能力和团队协作意识，并有主导项目开发的经验，具有良好的表达能力和英文读写能力。
