岗位职责：
1.负责智能硬件设备的 Android 端 App 开发，包括设备绑定、控制、通讯、OTA、局域网发现、多设备并发配网、状态同步等完整链路。
2.深度参与设备端协议制定，优化 BLE/Wi-Fi 通讯稳定性和实时性。
3.优化弱网场景体验，确保设备与 App 的连接稳定性与恢复机制。
4.针对业务场景进行性能优化（实时性、功耗、稳定性）、技术难题攻关。
5.维护模块化 SDK/设备接入框架，支持多品类设备快速集成、模块化、组件化、跨平台框架等建设。
6.优化用户体验，包括启动速度、内存占用、电量消耗、稳定性等关键指标。
7.编写高质量代码，完善单元测试与自动化测试，保障发布质量。
任职要求：
1.至少4年Android 经验，其中至少 1–2 年智能硬件或 IoT 方向经验。
2.熟悉常见智能硬件通信协议，如BLE，至少有一个大型项目经验
3.熟悉 Android 权限体系、后台运行、前台服务、了解跨平台开发
4.熟悉系统层能力，如：WakeLock，多进程/后台存活策略
5.熟悉网络开发：WebSocket、Mqtt，悉内存管理，多线程，JNI/Native编程
6.熟悉 Gradle 构建体系，能够缩短构建时间或处理多渠道版本
7.单元测试、业务模拟测试、性能监控体系完善建设经验
8.熟悉常用调试工具：ADB、Systrace、Profiler、LeakCanary 等
