2、应用可用性支持：对法院行业系统的持续性、可用性进行支持，包括系统的日常巡检及维护、系统变更、故障及问题处理等。
3、数据统计及分析：对客户提交的业务系统统计需求，按照口径要求进行数据统计及分析。
4、培训演示：根据用户要求，针对业务系统的使用对象，进行培训和业务系统演示。
5、文档管理：收集整理应用系统运维过程中的文档，包括发布更新文档、配置变更文档等；定期编写汇总各类巡检、总结报告、故障报告文档。
6、完成领导交办的工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业。
2、具有两年及以上应用系统运维或技术支持相关工作经验。
3、熟悉至少一种主流数据库（如Oracle、MySQL、Sybase等）的基本操作，能独立完成安装、日常维护、简单查询及数据统计工作。
4、了解中间件（如Tomcat等）的运行原理，能独立完成安装部署、配置及程序发布，具备基本的日常维护能力。
5、熟练掌握Linux操作系统基本操作及办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等），了解Windows Server系统基础功能。
6、具备良好的沟通表达能力和文档撰写能力，能清晰整理运维文档、编写各类报告。
7、拥有较强的问题分析与解决能力，能快速响应客户咨询并提供准确的应用支持。
8、具备较强的应用培训及应用推广能力。
9、有政法行业服务工作者优先。
