1、负责协助完善安全管理制度；

8、负责协助各分公司应急演练的组织工作，并做好相应的实施方案，演练照片、记录、评价等；（例：消防演习、食物中毒、人员中暑等演习）
9、负责公司和各厂各类安全、台帐的定期填写检查及存档；
10、负责跟进监督各分公司特种设备定期检测及持证、培训情况登记及资料档案整理，并确保证件及时复审；
11、督促检查各分公司每月消防点检及消防整改；
12、协助处理其它临时性应急工作落实。
