1、负责电机产品的批量生产工艺规划、产线工艺路线设计（2~5年规划）；
2、负责电机产品的工艺参数改善：主导量产工艺参数优化及标准化，配合新工艺验证，水平导入；
3、生产过程管理：主动识别生产过程风险点，制定防呆防错措施并导入，对于共性系统性的问题横向拉通，工艺方式由多样化向模块化、归一化转变。
4、降本&效率提升：负责区域内降本，效率提升，质量改善规划，主导实施。
5、标准化管理：制定生产现场标准化作业相关文件，持续改进作业要素，生产柔性改善。
6、现场支持：量产产品工艺过程中的作业异常，产品问题统计分析和改进优化，作业异常支持。
7、技术能力挖掘与改善：挖掘生产过程中工艺瓶颈问题，组织关联部门验证改善，提升工程能力。
8、开展基础工艺、设备研究，提升产品的可制造性。
岗位要求：

1、本科学历，工业工程、自动化、机械设计、电子信息工程等相关专业。
2、3年以上电机工艺经验，熟悉电机产品结构及生产工艺流程；
3、熟练掌握SPC、CPK、DOE、MSA等常用工具及产品性能分析评价方法；
4、熟悉微型空心杯电机生产工艺，掌握相关工艺流程和技术，有参与过工装结构类设计经验优先；
5、熟练使用IE工具进行作业优化，降低制造成本；
6、熟练应用质量问题分析方法和工具解决生产实际问题；
7、熟悉使用办公软件和相关制图软件；
8、积极主动、较好的抗压和沟通协调能力、较强的跨部门写作能力。
