任职要求：
1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，质量管理、机械工程等相关专业，3 年以上制造业 QE 经验，熟悉生产流程与质量管控。
2. 专业能力：精通 ISO 体系，掌握六西格玛、FMEA 等工具；熟练使用 Minitab、Excel 完成质量数据分析。
3. 综合素养：问题解决能力强，擅长跨部门协作，有供应商质量管理经验者优先。
4. 资质与适配：持六西格玛绿带 / 黑带等证书者优先；能适应加班，责任心强、抗压能力佳。
