岗位描述：
1、负责公司web产品后端的设计开发、管理；
2、配合产品经理，根据产品原型和需求分档完成需求的分解；
3、技术难点攻关、问题分析、系统调优等；
4、参与需求评审，主导技术方案编写，有能力后期可带领团队。

岗位要求：
1、三年java开发经验，对常见架构比较了解，熟悉互联网软件产品的开发流程；
1、精通基于Spring boot、Spring Cloud的微服务架构，熟悉SpringMvc、Dubbo等分布式框架，熟悉Redis等缓存技术；
2、熟练掌握各种web前端技术（html、javascript、css等），熟悉各种常用的javascript类库，如JQuery、prototype等，能熟练使用其中的一种或多种；
3、熟练掌握mysql，memcached，redis等主流数据存储系统,能够结合具体的应用场景编写高效的sql语句；
4、熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP协议，REST风格架构；
5、熟练使用Maven、Git、gitlab等项目构建管理工具；
6、熟悉消息中间件，有缓存系统、服务化管理、业务监控的经验优先；
7、对技术有强烈的兴趣，喜欢钻研，具有良好的学习沟通能力、较强责任心、工作积极性以及团队协作能力。
