一、岗位职责：
1、制定无纺布原材料及辅料供应商准入标准；
2、主导新供应商资质审核（含生产资质、质量体系、环保合规性等），输出《供应商准入评估报告》；
3、定期（每月）对现有供应商进行综合绩效评估；
4、制定关键原材料的检验标准，监督 IQC（来料检验）执行；
5、主导来料不良问题处理；
6、对供应商不定期现场审核；
7、建立供应商质量档案，包含资质文件、审核记录、不良处理台账等，每月汇总《供应商质量月报》
二、岗位要求
1、大专及以上学历，材料学、纺织工程、质量管理等相关专业优先。
2、一年以上 SQE 工作经验，有供应商现场审核、来料不良分析及整改推动经验，能独立主导 8D 报告编写与验证。
3、掌握质量管理体系（ISO9001、ISO14001）及工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、QC 七大手法）；
4、具备原材料检测能力，能看懂无纺布物理性能检测报告（如拉伸强度、透气率数据）；
5、良好的问题分析能力：能通过鱼骨图、柏拉图等工具定位根本原因，推动供应商从设备、工艺、人员等维度改进。
6、沟通协调能力强：能高效对接供应商与内部部门，推动跨组织问题解决；
7、持有注册质量工程师（CQE）、六西格玛绿带及以上证书可优先录用。
