岗位职责：
1. 主导抖音短视频团队日常工作，聚焦美妆护肤类目，制定差异化内容策略，推动抖音渠道品牌增长与转化
2.统筹千川短视频制作全流程：从内容策划、脚本撰写、拍摄剪辑到视觉呈现，把控千川短视频内容质量；
3.内容制作依据数据驱动：监控视频播放量、完播率、点击率等核心指标，定期复盘内容效果，动态调整策略，确保ROI*大化
4.团队关联与跨部门协作：带领编导、摄像、剪辑团队不断完善标准化生产流通，联动产品、运营团队确认产品卖点及促销节点，确保内容与业务目标深度绑定。

任职要求：
1.5年以上内容/新媒体经验，3年以上抖音内容负责人/核心操盘经验,行业品牌方经验优先，熟悉美妆护肤品类行业加分；
2.深度理解短视频平台算法及用户偏好，具备成熟的爆款逻辑（通过千川短视频带动单品GMV增长）；
3.较强的内容把控力，能够精准提炼产品核心卖点，将产品差异化及用户痛点转化为用户可代入的视觉内容；
4.带过内容团队，能够统筹创作、拍摄、投放全流程，能定SOP提效率；沟通力强，能推动跨部门协作，能通过数据为依据优化内容方向。
5.适应抖音快节奏（热点24小时内出内容）抗压性强。
