3. 项目管理与协调：参与项目立项评审，评估项目风险，推动项目实施进度。与项目经理紧密合作，确定需求分析方案，并提供必要的技术支持。协调处理项目过程中出现的各种技术问题，确保项目顺利推进。
4. 市场反馈与产品优化：收集客户对产品的反馈意见与建议，分析市场行为及需求，为产品优化和改进提供数据支持。同时，对行业及客户进行研究，为研发部门提供前沿的市场动态及产品理念信息。
5. 定制化服务：为定制化客户提供专属的产品技术支持和文档支持，确保客户能够顺利使用并集成公司产品。
任职要求：
1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，电子工程、计算机、通信、自动化等相关专业毕业。
2. 工作经验：具有3年以上无线通信基站研发经验或芯片FAE相关工作经验。熟悉Linux操作系统及嵌入式编程者优先。
3. 知识技能：熟悉RU数字信号处理流程，熟悉嵌入式系统开发，了解硬件电路常用元器件及主流处理器硬件架构（如ARM， RISC-V平台）。掌握C/C++等编程语言，具备独立分析问题的能力。
4. 个人素质：具备较强的客户服务意识，良好的沟通协调能力，能够承受一定的工作压力，适应出差工作。责任心强，热忱服务客户，有良好的团队合作精神。
