岗位职责
1、负责APP在安卓各大应用市场和苹果市场的推广（熟悉应用市场上架规则）；
2、熟悉和掌握在各应用市场的推广规则和技巧，完成APP的下载，激活，成本控制等各项指标；
3、熟悉和掌握ASO原理和技巧，能有效的提高app的搜索排名；
4、与各个主流(Android市场)渠道合作，跟进及维护合作关系，充分挖掘渠道资源；
5、熟悉操作百度、360、搜狗、神马竞价账户和调价功能，负责各种网络联盟广告的开发、投放、效果分析；
6、协同优化人员做好信息推广*大化，能有效提高ROI，优化账户，提高SEM效果；
7、有一定的数据分析能力，统计每日的消费，流量，并优选关键词；
8、对移动端营销推广工具、方法熟练使用，并根据数据结论反推产品和服务。
任职要求
1、至少2年以上APP推广经验，2年以上SEM操作经功，有手游经验者优先；
2、熟悉安卓应用市场和IOS推广渠道，有各大应用市场和厂商市场较强人脉资源；
3、熟悉各大手机APP商店的算法及排名规则；
4、具有数据分析能力和逻辑思考能力，能够通过数据和用户反馈，调整优化投放策略和方式；
5、积极维护的市场商务关系，及时把握市场*新资源，进行有效的市场推广；
6、工作积极主动，有责任感。
